In Focus Participant Resources

Congrats! You are one of the few people selected to participate in our next In Focus session — think of it as a chance to talk about your own opinions and experiences in an 8-person focus group over Zoom.

Please complete these required steps to join us on Zoom and earn your $100 e-gift card:

Watch the introduction video below
Confirm your enrollment by filling in the form at the bottom of this page
Digitally sign the photo/video waiver we will email to you within 1-2 days of you completing the below form
Check your tech! Make sure your computer or laptop has a working camera and mic so you can participate in our session. If your web-cam, microphone, or WiFi are not clear enough, you will not be able to participate in the session
